HOW TO SEARCH FOR A VENDOR: 

**THIS IS A READ ONLY FILE**

Using the FIND BOX for searches.

• Select the column(s) (e.g. Vendor,  Name, Location, Address 1, Address 2, Address 3, City, State, Postal) by placing your mouse at the top of the column where the letter of the column appears.  We suggest searching by either the PeopleSoft Vendor Number or the Name of the Business or Corporation.
• Hold down CONTROL and the F key at the same time. 
• The FIND BOX will appear. 
• The search will look at all the words in all of the files selected.  Therefore, you can search for the second or third word in a business' name. 
• BE AWARE that the FIND BOX goes to the first file that that the search word is located in.  The FIND NEXT button in the FIND BOX will led you to all the other files that contain the search word.
• Select the check box next to MATCH CASE if you know exactly what case the business or corporation is presented in.
• Select the check box next to FIND ENTIRE CELLS ONLY is you know the exact name of the business or corporation you are looking for.
