Formally admit students to the college, review transcripts from other colleges for transfer purposes, answer questions about the prerequisites of courses & placement/assessment requirements, manages course registration (Enrolling and Adding/Dropping Courses) and create class rosters for faculty.

Bookstore Managers Fill & ship student textbook orders.

Library Contacts Supplement and aid a student's college experience by aiding students with research and by suggesting books, periodicals, Internet sites and search engines. They can also assist students with finding library materials. For books and/or interlibrary loan service, call the library contact at your Home College.

Disability Services Coordinators & Providers Insure that students receive appropriate accommodations when the student has a documented disability.

Business Affairs Team Answer questions or concerns regarding tuition bills. Tuition will be billed from the Business Office of a Student's HOME COLLEGE. Even if a student is enrolled in courses from several different KCTCS colleges, the student will receive only ONE bill—from the Home College.

 

Financial Aid Officers Assist students with the request of financial aid and veteran's benefits. Explain the dual enrollment certificate process if a student is taking classes from more than one college, can confirm if a particular class fulfills an educational plan requirement, and will maintain financial aid records.

Testing Site Contacts Assists students by providing a local testing location for an online class. Test proctoring requirments may vary by site. Please contact the site directly for specific instructions.

Veteran's Affairs Insure that students utilize their veteran's benefits. Contact the Financial Aid Office of the HOME college for more information.
