Horizon Care is a confidential consultation and counseling service available 24 hours a day, providing professional telephonic assessment and triage for issues involving abuse, life improvement, difficulties with relationships, stress and anxiety with work or family, depression, personal achievement, emotional well-being, financial and legal concerns. Unlimited phone consultation for members, personalized resource material and up to three face-to-face assessments and counseling sessions (per member per problem.)
The EAP is also available for employees directed to counseling when conflicts cannot be resolved with internal KCTCS resources.
