utility which serves a volunteer FIRE DEPARTMENT or other entity eligible
for aid under KRS 95A.262, shall supply such service at the lowest rate
available under its tariffs to customers with comparable consumption
amounts, including residential or farm rates.

complete, and mail the FREE Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
by applying electronically through your local KCTCS Campus Financial
Aid Office Workshops, by using U.S. Department of Education's web
site, by going to your local college or high schools, or by calling
the Federal Student Aid Information Center at 1-800-433-3243. Read

per your. For this particular waiver in question the college would
need to follow the instructions provided in http://www.lrc.state.ky.us/KRS/164-00/2842.PDF and KCTCS's Business Procedure Business
Procedure 7.2 Section 7.2.2. (A) as well. Since this is a Statutory
(State Mandated) Waiver the standard KCTCS Wavier form does not apply.
Instead the college must have the following documents based on the
student.
1. A copy of the birth certificate for
the child of the disabled/deceased.
2. A copy of the marriage certificate for the surviving unmarried
spouse.
3. And/or other documentary evidence such as fire or police department
confirmation (for the lrc web site section 1 (b) explains this part
